Marquetry builds software for small organizations. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our current practices are simple.
Information we collect
From this website, we collect very little:
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write.
- Basic usage data. Standard web server information such as pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring site.
We do not currently ask you to create an account on this website, and we do not collect payment information here.
How we use it

What we don’t do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site and our email — currently a website host and an email provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, and server logs for a limited period. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any update email using the link in that email, or simply by replying and asking. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honor those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is intended for adults acting on behalf of an organization. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we will tell you directly.
